Public Outreach and Consultation

RGA strongly believes in the necessity of disseminating information about its cultural resources investigations to the broader public.  Projects that involve historical research, archaeological investigations, and historic architectural studies frequently generate knowledge that leads to a better understanding of our shared heritage and of the history of the communities in which we live.  Clients with projects that utilize public funding, that are subject to Federal permitting, or that require conformance with Federal, state, or municipal historic preservation laws, are frequently expected to hold public information centers, undertake educational efforts, and consult with Native American groups in connection with the planning process.  They are also often required to integrate historic exhibits and interpretive signage components into final project plans. RGA’s staff is ready to assist with all aspects of the cultural resource management public outreach process.
