Early twentieth-century concrete telephone booth located along the Pennsylvania Railroad’s (PRR) Belvidere Delaware (Bel-Del) Division. The PRR’s Bel-Del line was the first railroad in the United States to use a wireless onboard Trainphone System, which utilized its rails for transmitting voice communications.
